Back up til and. PnP litt fjøs. Frisk fast smak, ok til anda men ingen inner tier, som ripassoen. 1 dag i flaske, til trodeig-bakt entrecote. Bedre og rundere i dag. Fortsatt litt fjøs men det er nå blandet perfekt sammen med god frukt og tyngde, fast avslutning, tørr morellesaft.
