Palate: dry, medium(+) acidity, medium (11,5%) alcohol, creamy mousse, medium(-) bodied. Medium intensity, medium length finish. Lemon, lemon peel. Pear, apple, banana. Bread dough, bread, cheese. Conclusions: good. A lively, fresh sparkling wine with good freshness and persistent bubbles. Drink now, probably not suited for ageing. Seal: technical cork (and a normal cork, not a muselet)
