clear, muted aromatics with apple and some florality. min barrique or malo aromas. on the palate quite bitter/phenolic... low acids, very fleshy midpalte, high etoh. wine has ok balance, length, lowish intensity and no real complexity. misses a lot of viognier's exuberant peach skin floral notes... gets the low acids, fleshy, high alcohol, and phenolic part. overall a miss, especially at the price. drink now.
