Maison Vialade Pinot Noir

Apparently a blend of pinot noir from the Limoux and Minervois, according to the pourer. It has an undistinguished pinot nose, and an undistiguished pinot palate. Blind, you'd probably be pushed to guess it was pinot noir. Yet further evidence of the flawed gene that winemakers have that makes them want to produce pinot noir in regions to which it's not suited.
