My first bottle from this vineyard and it was enjoyable. On the nose lots of red and blue fruit. On the palate: very smooth, velvety, cherries and mouth coating.

Plum and blackberries. Oak not prominent. Soft tannins. Drank over two nights. Lovely the first and still good the 2nd.

This is a super classy wine. Beautifully made. The bright acid profile is a highlight. This could be anything in years to come. About as good as it gets for Australian Merlot and equally as good as the 2018 of the same wine.

Interesting to try a ‘reserve’ Australian merlot. Not many of them around, or at least with any quality. This is good - lots of plum, boysenberry, orange rind, meaty flavours. Minerally, orange juice acid. Dips a bit in the mid palate bit lots of interesting front palate fruit and back palate savoury interest. Good depth and length and highly enjoyable.
