Very good! This is a wound up ball of minerals, apple fruit, and electric energy. Seems like it will live forever.

Just superb. Has only gotten better--edgy citrus, preserved lemon, citrus peel, citrus, maybe grapefruit, some softer yellow stone fruits lurking in body, mineral, evolves and deepens with airtime. Slightly pungent light sour notes to start, perfect with food, shift to enrich complexity in a long finish. Enjoyable and different.

Served with lemon/dill/parm shrimp risotto. Continues to impress. Echo earlier comments--the aged citrus, mineral, slight pungency layers with rich complexity in nose and palate. Long and savory finish, a bit of edge and acid zip yielding interest and drinking pleasure. Great with the food--point/counterpoint to the textures and flavors of the risotto. Definitely on the unusual side of chardonnay renderings. Too I'd say it's aging well.

Served with grilled swordfish, grilled asparagus, pasta & pesto. Excellent with food. Much the same as prior comment, excellent. Also affirm comments from other reviews, especially regarding the subtle power of this wine and the myriad of flavors ranging from the citrus peel, slight pungency, to the minerality, to the softer and more classic chardonnay fruit. Savory is a good word too.

Delicious, rich and expressive. Drank over two nights, first with mussels and then with a farro/kale/sweet potato 'risotto'. Continued to develop and open on second night. Honeyed aged citrus, mineral & acid palate, lush mouth feel but not at all unctuous, with excellent acid balance. Slight hints of sour peel layered on, remarkably fresh and alive. Reminded me of some chenins in texture, if not in flavor. Seems like it will continue to evolve and get only more intriguing.

similar to my memory (dried out cow pat mixed with straw and dried flowers in a meadow), some bruised apple and cooked apple and some fresh apple; Maya says like a Beaujo (and it is like a Foillard), cinnamon apple strudel and nutmeg, salty nail p

PnP. Smells like citrus juice and peel, gently vanilla scented custard, savory bread crust, minty herbs, crushed stone, and hints of VA and smoke. On the palate, fresh and lively with huge acidity. Sour orange, understated tropical fruits, crusty sourdough bread, and stony minerality. Lingering citrus and minerality. Medium bodied, with a slight oiliness. No explicit oxidized character, but a slight savoriness adds to the moreishness. Good stuff!

great nose of stinky cheese, meadow - slightly dried flowers and moist grass and maybe even some rock, lots going on on the nose; palate is slightly fat/round, good acid, good progression, nice finish. Very nice wine, would buy again

Softer, and more mellow yellow fruits, less mint and less acidic power, delicate, with a subtle massive power.

Intensely focused, as fresh and finely etched as a top Chablis despite time under the veil. Rocky orchard fruits. Iodine. A very slight oxidative rustiness married to a steely, concentrated, flint-struck finish that never quite terminates. Harmonious and complete. As great by itself as with food, in focused meditative sips or big refreshing swigs. Three more bottles and I wish it were three dozen. One of the best new white wines I've tasted in at least a year.

Minerals and crisp red apples give way to penetrating flinty and nutty aromas. The crisp apple character follows through on the palate. Very focused and linear, balanced by excellent acidity, this wine is really complex and lovely.
