Very dark color. Cherry on the noise. Very pleasant, actually. I thought the tannins were still fairly prominent. It's also a bit on the acidic side. I actually think this could cellar a little longer to mellow it out. However, I'm not sure the fruit would hold up. Overall, I liked it, but I think I would pick a cab or merlot over this.
