Aiolos Tasting (Intercontinental Hotel) : The oak shows ripeness, fresh white stone fruit, some heavier floral notes, thick oak frame. Palate shows a quite firm profile, fresh though, elevated acidity, a lot of roasted notes, full body, a rather sweet spiced flavoured long finish
