Vina Tarapaca Tara.Pakay

Dark fruits and oaky aromas. Heavy body with med+ fruits/tannins/alcohol and a slightly underpowered acidity that fades as the wine warms up to serving temperature. As the wine skewers out of balance with the acidity it becomes heavy and astringent and dull. Medium length finish that does not reveal any additional layers than that of dark berries, oak and vanilla. A bit disappointing in this as I remember the different from previous experience.
