12.5%. Again quite ripe on the nose, yellow apples, grapefruits even some stone fruits. Good concentration, there’s some phenolic grip around the mouth. Quite a lot of extraction and ripeness. Good length, but not my taste. 16.5/20.

nice toasty notes, creamy palate. better than a lot of shitty champagnes, but noticeably not champagne from its lack of searing acidity.

Wow, easily the best sparkling wine from 🇦🇹 Austria I had so far. If tasted blind I would have easily been fooled into a grand cru Blanc de Blanc from champagne. Extreme salty bouquet with some grapefruit and slight brioche notes. Will probably age gracefully but it’s hard to resist now.
