One of my favorite CH offerings in the last few years. We blind tasted next to an $80 Mt. Vedeer cab and could barely tell them apart. Nice tannins and acid. Well balanced. Good fruit - but not a fruit bomb.

Really good. Profound nose of dark fruits, eucalyptus and sage. Flavors that reflect many vineyards with dark fruits and spice. Medium finish.

Nice blackberry, raspberry, and some chewy tannins in the body. Agree this ends up a bit watery on the finish / doesn't hold the finish as long as I'd like. Not bad for the price point that CH charges.

Lighter in flavor and aroma than I expected. Aroma is mostly oak and graphite. The flavor is similar, and there is some tannin and acid that helps keep it interesting. Definitely not a fruit bomb. Decently balanced. Good with steak.
