Lovely. Has a beautiful roundness in the body with minerality in the core. Rich apricot fruit. Edges of salt and lemon balm. Really complex and integrated.

100% Xynisteri from 30 year old vines in their organically certified Mandria vineyard, located at 900 meters elevation on the south slopes of the Troodos mountain range. Spontaneous fermentation with naturally occuring yeast. Maturated on the lees in barrel for 8 months. NOSE: Creamier on the nose than their generic Xynisteri, less immediate but with a deeper or richer fruitiness (white fruits).
