Zoom tasting of South American wines, hosted by Auriol Wines, Hampshire, UK. 70% sauvignon blanc, 30% chardonnay. 70% in French oak for 9 months. 30% in stainless steel. Light gold/peachy colour. Palate shows tropical fruit, lemons, aromatic and dry. I found it a little acidic.

Developing nose, some reduction but only slight. Grapefruit phenolics; nice weight and viscosity on the palate, rounded, flavours fan out across the palate. Vanilla (oak?) on the finish.
