PNP and served with breaded pork chops. Medium red to brownish red color (showing some age) with clear meniscus. On nose, cocoa, dark cherry, sweet tobacco. On palate, medium+ acidity, medium body, black cherry, bright cherry & touch of earthiness leading into a long finish. I really enjoyed this wine. I bought this in 2010 and it has been kept in a cool cellar. Clearly at peak but should go for a few more years. 92+

Very impressive and unique ... +++ aromatics with great black fruit and an intriguing toasted oatmeal quality. Full and plushly texture with ripe tannins. Should age.
