A bit reductive when first opened. Overripe peach and lemon zest. Wonderful food pairing wine. Enjoyed with slow cooker chicken tacos. Played off the spices beautifully. Then enjoyed with prawns in a white wine sauce. Would consider purchasing again for specific meal pairing. Not one I want to sip on it’s own.
