Expressive nose. Ripe red fruits. Ripe cherries. Fruity with a savoury touch. Palate is smooth, smooth tannins. Good freshness. Nice wine to drink with food or just by itself

100% Pinot Noir from 5 ha of Kimmeridgian marl and Portlandian limestone (silex) soil with average 30 yr old vines and density of 7,500 plants/hectare, planted by Henry Pellé. 3-4 week natural fermentation (indigenous yeasts) in wooden vats.
