Nose like sour milk. Flavour has little fruit, a rubbery overtone, very mild oak, mild tannins - overall quite unimpressive. There's a hint of cedar but it's a bit harsh and angular. Would not repeat the experience.

A seductive bouquet. Is getting softer now, less tannic, with dried fruit on the palate and fresh cherry in the finish. With air the bouquet almost disappears, but there is more dried fruit and also spices on the palate. Can have a few more years.

Deep ruby colour. Clean medium nose of blackberry, cherry and oak. Medium+ acid Medium tannin Medium body Black fruit on the palate with a medium finish. A Good quality wine. The nose is a little more promising than the palate.

Deep purple color. Nose of cherries, tobacco, herbs. Light medium legs. Tannic, astringent. Cocoa aftertaste. Short finish. Nice wine. Perhaps lay down for a year or two more for wine to soften out.

Nice wine for a young and average vintage. Hint of cherry, however, even after a 20 minute decant, was overly acidic. 1 more bottle of this which I will try after a year or two.
