Château Morrisette Petit Verdot

Peppery boysenberry and black currant with subtle leather and tobacco. One of the best reds I've encountered in the region.

Deep Purple, clear Dark fruits and spice notes on the nose, a bit of earthiness and leather. Characteristic full mouth feel with a long finish. Dark fruits, touch of pepper. Touch of leather on the palate, but somehow un-refined and rough around the edges. Jammy. Noticeable tannins. Decent structure. Juicy. Over-all, good wine.
