Noe svakere syre / litt “flatere” enn tidligere flasker, muligens over toppen.

Topp rose med god konsentrasjon og lengde. Måtte ha litt luft før den ble bra.

Aromas of strawberries, peaches and orange peel. High acidity, medium intensity, medium body. Good balance and a fairly long finish.

Bronze salmon pink. Medium intense nose of concentrated strawberries and field strawberries, very floral with roses and violets most pronounced, some raspberries, slight red currant, bitter almonds, orange pith. Very beautiful nose 🍇👌😋 Palate similar. Juicy and refreshing flavors as per the nose, concise and clear, good intensity and persistence. Delicate and gentle. Long aftertaste. Pairs best with mildly flavored foods - salads and the like. Medium- body, medium acidity and a tiny bit of ever so gentle tannins.

Fersken med luft. Alt for syrlig innledningsvis. Med lift blir det mer behagelig. Frisk syre med god konsentrasjon og lengde.

Wild strawberries, peach and ripe lemon. Great concentration and length.

Light pink. Open nose of garden berries and spice. Complex and delicate. Fresh and good fruit. Medium weight. Good lenght. One of the better rose’s ever tasted.

Pale orange colour. Medium and youthful nose with wild strawberries, peach, rose petal and orange blossoms. Medium (+) taste of wild strawberry, peach, lemon, oranges and wet stone. Long and dry finish. High acidity. Medium body. A very good Spätburgunder Rosé with a great complexity and concentration. Drink now or over the next couple of years. Goes well with salads or shellfish.
