Polite wine, nutty, creamy, slight glycerin. Surprisingly intact and pleasant. Enjoyed by dinner hosts.

Best. Vermentino. Ever. Pear, saline, chalk stones, and straw. Sicilian lemon pith on the palate adds citrus. Fabtastic fresh clean and mineral purity. Like a cool breeze on a hot day.

Jaune paille.

Hint of white almond and flowers, lemon/lime and mineral. It is not about fruit (touch of green apple/pear), but more about the freshness and purity of vermentino. Great acidity.

Fantastic wine. Gorgeous clear hellow, pristine fruit, balance and good acidity. Finished with length and elegance. A wine with soul!

Paille claire, presque translucide.

Nice minerality and acid. A lively wine for current drinking -- not sure how it will age.

Brown Bag Wine Dinner at Two Chefs Double Blind; 6/11/2013-6/14/2013 (TWO CHEFS, MIAMI, FL) : I was intrigued by the Kermit Lynch connection, and the Corsican bio-dynamic heritage. Heavier than most Vermintino, and can't hold a candle to the Sardinian Pluminus. Dark yellow for a young wine, and lacked the Gravitas I expected from the WA description. Mark's White(me).

This is fresh and delicious. Expressive lemon, citrus, and minerals with a savory element, a bitter green herbal edge, and a chalky note. A little texture adds nuance and takes the edge off and mouth watering acidity keeps it lively. Well balanced and focused. The best Vermentino I've ever had.

A truly delightful wine, I think I enjoyed this as much as the last vintage. Sort of a combination of peach and apple, in that it seems to have at the same time a creamy side, yet with a nice crisp quality to balance it out. Very enjoyable.
