Viticola Sarica Niculitel Aligoté Caii de la Letea Editie Limitata

My First Romanian wine in Bucharest. From Niculitel, near the black sea. Pours a very clear watery lemon. Fresh white flowers, apples, white peach. A hint of fresh green herbs. Some yeastiness, wonder if it saw time on the lees. Medium bodied, great acid. A good Aligote; and a sign, perhaps, that this part of Romania should grow more Aligote.
