A l'aveugle Nez sauvage, avec de la réduction, animal et poivré, difficile à cerner, manquant de fruit et de pureté, suivi d'une bouche tendue, rustique et acidulée (quelle acidité!)... Un Etraire (de la Dhuy)?! Eh non une bonne vieille Mondeuse que je qualifierais de bien "classique", pas de celles gourmandes et accessibles comme on fait maintenant, mais de celles à l'ancienne qu'il faut garder qq annéees pour atteindre l'harmonie, la complexité, la sagesse des tanins (quoi qu'ici ce sera compliqué...). …

Estate tasting with Mme Magnin, Smoky, speck, dried meat, one strange kind of a mix when you have it on the palate as the wine still has a vibrant acidity and texture, very sharp for a red wine, not for everybody, still has a long way to go... loads of red berries in ther too... Good plus... bought one to open in 5/10...
