Domaine Daniel Seguinot Chablis

More funk/cheese here compared to the 2008. A bit more evolved, yet still a young wine. A lightweight, yes, but I like the purity of the fruit and freshness. For current drinking I prefer the 2007 over the 2008 and I would drink this over the next 3-5 years.
