With Steve Morgan of Sorting Table. 400 yr old estate. Granite & mica soil. Steep grade, hand harvested & carried out. Huge old wooden barrels over hundred years old. Pale gold. Stone fruit aromas and mineral notes. Ripping acidity - cooler vintage. White peach, hint of savory note mid palate. 3-4 gram rs. Hints of petrol emerging.
