Super fun and candied fruit, bright and tart and faintly bitter. Super fun if off in a weird direction.

First fermentation in tank, then second fermentation inside the bottle. The name is albana in reverse because you can make a docg wine like this. Much more vertical and fresh one brother notes. No reduction. For what it is, its super intriguing.

The pet nat, fun and easy on the nose. Crispa nd tight and clean on the palate. Tight and structured, powerful. Really marked focused.
