For a kiwi SB this impressed. Nose is a little subdued but hints of grass and tart apple. Fore-palate is a little soft but there is then quite an intense hit of sharp, tart apple and gooseberry. Balance is good too, even towards the end of the bottle this is moorish. Great bottle of kiwi SB

nice pale colour with white gold afterglow. nose: ripe gooseberry, orange zest, mandarine and fennel. taste: mandarin with lemon, some herbs; bit sweet and citrus finish. Fresh and full. Very good bottle. To apsaragus soup became too tart.
