Medium garnet colour. Medium and developing nose with ripe red cherry, ripe blackberry, ripe strawberry, forest floor, black pepper, forest floor, wet leaves and violet. Medium taste of ripe red cherry, ripe strawberry, forest floor, black pepper, wet leaves, leather and mushrooms. Long and dry finish. High acidity. Medium tannins. Medium body. A very good Bourgogne Rouge with very dark fruit. Needed an hour of air to open. Drink now. Goes well with duck, pork or veal.
