A private lunch (Restaurant Hofgarten, Dernau, Germany) : Rose gold colour; vinous and spicy nose, slate, slightly fishy, hints of fruit, good depth; soft yet fresh on the palate, fruity (strawberry, melon) and quite spicy; decent length. Drink well-chilled.
