Excellent+ This was a nice choice with an ad hoc cassoulet-ish dish with goose fat-cooked beans, duck let confit, chicken thigh, and bratwurst! The wine is in a nice spot, fully mature and not fading (though perhaps if I'd have had it younger, I'd note a loss of fruit as it has transitioned to tertiary notes). Kevin's btl at Candice's 40th Spoon Dinner and a lovely companion with Lonny 09 Dujac Charmes! A bit less polished than the Dujac and more old school earth note but excellent intensity, balance and tertiary notes. Thankyou Kevin!

Don't decant. Also, has years or decades left.

elegant red burgundy which has aged well, pretty four square nonetheless, so I put my last bottle down in the lower rack to see what might happen with 5-7-10 years of add'l age... don't get me wrong, very enjoyable now but sense potential upside, on the red fruit side for sure

very nice, with bold'ish fruit taking center spot, not a lot of spice / secondary, but enough structure (acidity at least) to go a while longer... thinking this pretty easily has 10 years plus minus left
