From a half-bottle. I'd say this is fully mature now. Relatively low acidity, elegant and round sweetness of mango, apricot preserve, orange blossom and honey. Lovely little auslese.

Clear pale metallic golden with green reflections. Open nectar like nose, peach and abricot dominates the luscious sensations. The viscous liquid caresses the mouth with an velvetly feeling. Again peach and abricot dominates the impressions. Very sweet but the acidity matches the sweetness perfectly. Long intense, lingering finish leaving one lost in the kingdom fruit! This is a very succesfull example of young auslese. However, I am quite sure it will age very weel and turn into a more mineral …

Mixed blindtasting (Finn's appartment) : Light yellow color. Somewhat exotic notes on the nose, lychee and passion fruit, on a plate of wet slate and flint. Expressed sweetness but superbly balanced by clear acidity. Good intensity in the fruit, pears and lychee. It kept opening up with more and more nuances, it could be an amazing wine in many years.
