Very Bordeaux like. Great nose, nice acidity, plenty of depth. Following day (overnight with argon) and needs a few mins for oxygen to blow off but then tight again. Could be a young cru class Bordeaux. Wonder how well these age?

Short decant. With 7 course tasting menu at the Roundhouse. Very Bdx nose. Soft and supply from the off, silky tannins and satisfying grip. Medium finish. A very well made wine.

nice balance between sweetness, acidity and tannins. Very smooth velvety finish.Paired well with springbok loin
