Monthly Tasting Group HWS #048; Germany: Spätburgunder (By MM) : Carmine red with a clearly brown edge. Mature autumn and barnyard smells in the bouquet, which is really nice. Soft spices. Mostly tertiary tastes. Soft tannin and bitterness. Slightly drying in the finish. Harmonious and elegant wine. Drink now.
