Aphelion Grenache Blanc Callow

Fresh, spicy taste. Very mineral type of wine

Pale limpid gold colour. Immediate hint of nashi pear, acidity, tempered with honey and stone fruit nose. Bright and vivant! Crisp acidity on first tasting, young and fresh, lemon rind and the waxy oiliness you get with fresh lemons. Taut, grippy and bracing. Interesting wine, perhaps a little thin in the end.
