Moulin de la Gardette, Gigondas, Petite Gardette

Excellent nose of sharp Brett soaked leaves, dusty trail of horse hooves mashed wild grass that has been sun baked with herbs de midi. Tasted of high desert mashed raw herbs soaked in pungent juices of boysenberry and black cherry, with spiced cured meats. 7/10 Probably some tartaric additions. Tasted of multiple stages of ripeness for a great rounded palate. Obviously filtered. I loved the barnyard nose and palate with rustic meats. It was perfectly dry.
