Elephant Hill Le Phant Rouge

Colour - Good Nose - enjoyed aromas of black currant, black tea and graphite. Palette - a little bit of ripe fruit (plum) up front, medium bodied and finishes with dry tannins.

Dark burgundy. Nose of raspberry, cherry, blackcurrant, coffee bean and earth. Palate long but full of juicy flavour and acidity. Introducing savoury flavours (charcuterie), pepper and further blackcurrant. Keep to let flavours integrate, this is glamourously harsh.

Deep ruby color, very rich nose of blackberry and plum. Very approachable.
