Medium straw with slight effervescence. Nose comprise slight stink, white plum, floral, flint, and herbaceous notes. Off-dry, medium-medium(+) acidity, alcohol @ 13.5%, medium-medium(+) body. Palate of yellow plum, white peach, honey, eucalyptus/spearmint. Soft mouthfeel, clean and lean finish. Drink young when fresh.
