Lost a lot of its primary fruit over the years but the acidity is still kicking. The petrol notes and acidity shine through very well now. But I don’t think it is in it’s decline. Drink up.

Racy acidity and elegant fruit. Mineral, dried pineapple, a touch of honeycomb. Perfect with Thai curry.
