I have had several bottles of this wine and, by far, this is the best bottle I have had. It lived up to the expectations I had based on the Wine Enthusiast rating that caused me to buy a case of this wine. There was a wonderful balance of Flowers and Fruit that had an elegant flavor and feel and a lovely smooth but tingly tannin on the finish. I am certain the 10 years of aging helped significantly to …

The wine was developing but still seems to be off on flavor balance. A bit bitter in the middle with nothing to counterbalance. Nice flowery fruit of blackberry and rose. it drank acceptably but after an original's pro review over 90 I was expecting more

Fine dusty, tannic structure, which gives off a serious tone. Tipe black plum & berry flavors with a generous feel. Crisp acidity offsets the ripeness nicely.

The wine has not developed and is missing the bright fruits that it had when initially bought in 2014. I am looking for it to develop but it seems stalled at this point. Fruits are tight and jumbled and finish is short and only the tight fruit with a bit of tannin.

Bottle 1 of a case bought in early 2014. Its got a long way to go to develop into the WE 91 points. Can really tell it is a relatively young right bank wine. Dark fruit on the front with the middle showing a good bit of acid and alcohol. Finish has a nice smooth tannin. The wine has not come together yet; let's see how the wine develops over time.

This wine has got to be the buy of the year. We are at least two years early drinking this wine and it is classic right bank. My rating is as is but I see several points of possible growth with some time in bottle. This wine continued to open up and show much more fruit and a hint of the layers in the wine. The wine is tight and the tannin hits hard initially but the smooth tannic finish …

- Garnet color with fast forming legs and aromas of rose. It's balanced and has flavours of rose with a light/medium body. Coarse texture with a short finish.

Ruby color typical of a young wine. The nose is tight with cherry, black currant, and a hint of soil. It is a little hot but I only decanted it for about half an hour. The palate shows sour cherry, currant, black pepper, and some clove. There is a hint of green vegetable and it finishes with bitter chocolate, tobacco, and soil. This is a food wine, with medium acidity and firm but somewhat harsh tannins. It is a good …
