Nose: pleasant Côte de Nuits barnyard on opening. A masculine wine of weight, integrated background light tannins, and background dark fruit. The fruit emerges more with aeration as the wine becomes lighter. "La Pretiere" I believe is the vineyard that Oliver Rion (brother of Daniel?) sources.
