Aerated for about 2 1/2 hours, served in a Spiegelau Definition Bordeaux Glass. Slightly transparent ruby colour, garnet rim. Nose: Ripe red cherry, forest berry and touches of lingonberry appear on the first layer. Notes of savoury herbs, forest floor, well integrated barnyard funk and cured meat come through a bit later.
