Open Spaces Early and Wild Petillant Cider

Cider of entirely foraged fruit from public spaces around the Finger Lakes, NY. Gold in the glass. Hints of tart apple beneath a fairly reduced nose. Palate is sweet tangerine citrus and tropical fruit - balanced by a story minerally mid-palate, and resolves with fine, drying tannins.
