Francois Cotat tasting 1999-2020 (Utregs Wijnhuis, Utrecht, NL) : Apparently quite a rare bottle this Chavignol rouge. Cotat does not like malo in his whites but also not in his reds and I had the feeling that the Brett notes I got (medicinal, chemical, smokey, animal) have something to do with that. Furthermore sur bois, dried red fruit, some chocolate notes. Medium+ acidity. Not my favorite
