Pale straw colour. Pronounced aromas of pineapple, citrus. Dry, light bodied, medium acidity. Tinge of minerality. Delicious.

At Negresco Pizza & Cucina, Rome: Classic, unrestrained sauvignon blanc, with grass and elderflower -- I would guess New Zealand if I were tasting it blind. The aromatic quality is combined with a refreshing acidity, so the wine is quite drinkable.
