Naso di salvia e menta. In bocca molto sapido, molto secco, agrumato. Sul branzino al vapore ci è stato bene. Rapporto qualità prezzo sbilanciato. Con solo 3,50 euro in più bevo molto meglio con un vino della Loira (les Baronnes ad esempio).

Very dark gold. Dried pineapple, mango, honey, nutty scents and truffles on the nose. Full-bodied, with sweetness, evolved, ultra-ripe fruit and balancing acidity. Fully mature, but still drinking nicely.

Nice goloden colour. Nose reminds of tropical fruits, toasted notes, yellow flowers. Very rich mouth, Burgundian like although lacking a bit of finesse.

Extremely dark gold. Honey, baked oramge peel, tropival fruit and hints of white truffles on the nose. Full-bodied, dense and creamy with rich, ripe fruit and balancing acidity. Long.

Why only the pseudo-Burgundy bottle for one vintage? This juice is dried pineapple on the nose, fleshy tropical mango on the palate. I personallywould like one small extra bump of acidity on the finish but enjoy it nonetheless. There is minor aging potential if you want the fruit to become more full, more fat.

Edinburgh Offline (Peter's Cellars) : A bit of an odd nose, though the oddness blows off. Smoky, toasty and a touch greasy on the nose. Quite unusual on the palate and not something I recognise, even vaguely. Not at all unpleasant, but just a little odd. Very dry. Very ripe, concentrated fruit with lots of oak. Very full-bodied. A touch scented maybe? I'd guess at it being a lower level chardonnay from the new world with some age. (Wrong!) A …
