A fresh wine with taste of cherries and strawberries. The color is clear, The bubbles (carbonated on 2.5 bar) make the wine more interesting with a creamy feeling. They are is softer than I am used to, but they suits the wine in a nice way. The wine make a very nice match with cured meats.
