Firetail Sauvignon Blanc

Watery limpid yellow green. Freshness, green apples, pale flowers, zippy gooseberries and a general ethereal lightness on the nose. Tasting opens with a fresh greenness, light green apples, unripe gooseberries and nice acidity. Light and easy. The bright acidity would be good with shellfish. Reasonable tannic dryness. Simple but good.
