A solid example of Montepulciano rosso I'd buy again at $17. Nice; red fruit, smooth mouth feel and energy with nothing out of place here.

Dry, with mostly red fruits, black cherry, some charred earth, and a just little vanilla on the finish. There is some light tannin. Maybe better in 6-12 months but not a long term drinker. Good pizza wine.

Til taco. Farge: Blank skinnende farge. Mørkerød mot lilla farge. Klar farge, ikke for mørk. Smaken er fruktig og relativ kraftig. Lett drikkelig. God fylde uten å være for tung. Behagelig avslutning, med litt behaglige tanniner i avslutningen. Middels lang ettersmak. Scorer høyt blant de lettdrikkelige litt enklere rødvinene. 4 av 5 stjerner.

Short decant. Beautiful bright colour. Nose of cherries, but surprisingly savoury on the palate, with little discernible fruit until the finish. Nicely tannic & acidic, with a sour twist at the very end.

Soft (sort of) with a dried sour cherry (but in a good way) coming on strong in the back. Very powerful structure. Young. Young in a good way. With a touch of funk. Not bad at $20, needs some time to fill in.
