Amber/caramel color. Light nose of sweet but tart apples with some mineral notes. As others have mentioned, the sweetness and acidity are well balanced. Rich, baked apples with a creamy smoothness, followed by a nice level of acidity that leaves a nice, albeit somewhat short finish that leaves you wanting more. Very easy to drink.

Decent Eiswein. Amber gold color, viscous. Medium nose of baked apple, light wood smoke, and honey. Crisp acidity carries the very sweet yet balanced flavors of cooked apple, cinnamon, nutmeg, and honey. Probably will not get better, candidate to drink if it is in your cellar.
