Controversial in the house. JFW really enjoyed it. Rounder, richer, and more caramel, candied pineapple, etc. kind of stuff happening. But I still found the finish sharp and acidic, not round or lingering. Sonja said, "Blech. Weird. I don't like this." I say malo, but am not sure. Anyhow... To me, an interesting and complex chard.

Maybe an 89. Very strong flavor of lime zest to start. It mellows as opened, but still ver astringent. It was ok.

Delicious! N; baked apple cinnamon, apricot, nutmeg, jalepeno and persimmon P; lemon tart, pear, crisp and refreshing. Beautiful, creamy texture and goes down way too easy! Amazing with baked brie.
