The Ice Age. Mineral. Cassis leaf, lime leaf under belly. Something not unlike licorice or wintermint. Thoughts of pasta water. Light cream in the aromas. This wine and salty, plain, fresh tortilla chips are good friends. Light appeal in the body. Very nice at $18.

Fresh and mineral and thin. Richard feels that Aligote needs a bit of a Sancerre rinse. Works with Dorittos.

I'm not getting sulfur here, but something is quietly setting off that alarm in my brain. maybe that is barely perceptible and i'm not really registering it all around. ripe cream in the nose, but all stainless here. the perfume must be from somewhere else in this room. lime fruit aromas and medium+ acid. super clean feel. very good …
